The redesigned site is an eCommerce website designed to allow consumers to build their own car alarm, remote starter, or car alarm/remote start combo specifically for their car. Consumers will be walked thru all of the available options and features to tailor a system to their needs, complete with installation. Once the consumer designs his or her car alarm, remote start or combo system they will be "Directed" for a professional installation to an authorized Viper retailer that has registered for Directed Installer Network.
The new website is intended to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction, as well as strengthen ties with it's authorized Viper retailer base.
